Councillor for Mottingham, Coldharbour & New Eltham
Roger Tester was elected as a Councillor for Mottingham, Coldharbour & New Eltham ward in a by-election in June 2024, having previously served as a councillor for Coldharbour & New Eltham ward for four years between 2018 and 2022. He runs a small business locally, serves as a Trustee of Safer Greenwich, and volunteers with the Friends of Southwood Park, Friends of Coldharbour Open Spaces and Community Association of New Eltham.
